Cervo Technology is a robotics data company. Because our business is collecting real-world data, we hold ourselves to a clear standard: informed consent at the point of capture, and confidentiality after delivery. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how data is handled in our collection programs.
This website is a static informational site. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies that profile you. If you contact us via the enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send (name, company, email address, and your message). We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the business relationship you request.
Our core service is capturing real-world demonstration data (video and sensor recordings) for robotics and AI training. These programs operate under the following principles:
Datasets, schemas, specifications, and evaluation materials received from clients are treated as confidential, are used only to deliver the contracted work, and are handled under the terms of the applicable services agreement and NDA. Data ownership transfers to the client as specified in the contract. On request, deliverables can be encrypted on-device at capture time (RSA + AES) with the decryption key held by the client.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with: (a) subcontracted collection or annotation teams bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations, to the extent needed to deliver contracted work; (b) service providers that host our website and email; and (c) authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to conduct the business relationship. Collected datasets are retained per the applicable client contract and deleted or archived on its terms. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); collection devices support on-device encryption.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, or to ask any question about this policy, contact rayw@cervo-tech.com. If you appear in collected footage and wish to have it removed, contact us with enough detail to locate the recording and we will address it with the relevant program and client.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be reflected on this page.
